When an incident occurs, she conducts a thorough investigation to identify the root causes and secure practices, because she is not looking for someone to blame, but for a lasting solution..
For Nguyen, the strength of the team makes all the difference. What motivates her is to see the teams become proactive and dare to talk about safety. She leads this QHSE approach with a strong conviction: ”Safety is not an obstacle to production. It is a prerequisite for success”.
