LNG Canada : A major milestone in our LNG Tank journey: cool-down has begun!
Working at −163 °C for LNG, at −253 °C for liquid hydrogen, or under pressure with liquid CO₂: each molecule imposes specific material constraints, testing protocols and construction methods. Our expertise in cryogenics, built up over decades of LNG and LPG projects in demanding environments, provides a solid foundation for supporting the development of onshore infrastructure.
This foundation is directly applicable to the new molecules involved in decarbonisation. While temperatures and pressures change, the requirements for containment and process safety remain the same. We draw on our calculation methods, welding qualifications, vacuum testing procedures and experience with material behaviour to meet the demands of H₂, CO₂, ammonia and eSAF projects.
Entrepose Contracting is extending its historic EPC expertise in natural gas and hydrocarbons to tomorrow’s technologies: decarbonated hydrogen, ammonia, eSAF, biogas and sustainable energies. Faced with the challenges of decarbonization, we offer complete storage, infrastructure and engineering solutions to support the energy transition. We can also work on nuclear projects, in support of VINCI Group expertise, when these require a high level of expertise in complex industrial infrastructures.
CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage) aims to capture industrial CO₂, liquefy it, and store it safely; CCU (Carbon Capture and Utilisation) aims to valorise industrial LCO₂.
Entrepose Contracting contributes to surface equipment and EPC engineering for CCUS facilities.

Our teams participate in studies, research, and characterisation of CO₂ storage to strengthen the integration of CCUS solutions into safe, sustainable industrial infrastructure.
Entrepose Contracting is actively committed to funding and developing R&D projects in collaboration with VINCI Group entities to address our clients’ innovation needs: storage of new energy transition molecules, construction methods, workplace safety, human rights, and environmental preservation.
Our R&D teams are also heavily involved in standardisation bodies at the national and European levels, where they contribute to developing technical standards for liquid energy, pressure equipment, hydrogen storage, and metal structures. This active participation – sometimes on steering committees and working groups – reflects our desire to put our industrial expertise at the service of the scientific community and standardisation authorities, and to guarantee our customers solutions fully aligned with the most demanding standards.
A 90-year legacy of experience, combined with VINCI’s excellence in construction and international project management, guarantees reliability and performance.
