CSR – Our responsible approach

Environment, people, integrity

Our CSR policy aligns with VINCI Group’s environmental ambitions, as part of the Major Projects Division Environment Plan 2030. It mobilises all teams—from management to field operators.

Our ambition is to build an inclusive, respectful, and fulfilling work environment that is in harmony with local communities and the environment. For us, the success of a project is measured as much by its technical performance as by its positive impact on the regions where we operate.
Our approach is based on six priority areas: waste management, diversity and inclusion, professional integration, stakeholder dialogue, reducing our carbon footprint, and business integrity.

Circular economy: towards zero waste to landfill

On sites, we deploy an ambitious strategy: source segregation, material reuse, and systematic recovery. Result: up to 95% recovery achieved on some projects (reuse, recycling, repurposing).

Examples of actions

Local roots & shared value

Our projects also serve as drivers of economic and social development. We prioritise local employment and community training.

Target: more than 80% of the workforce on our international projects to be local

Drivers

  • Recruitment and training of local populations
  • Partnerships with regional companies
  • Liaison officers for stakeholder engagement

Protecting natural environments and water

We often operate in sensitive environments. Our approach is based on avoiding, reducing, and compensating for impacts from the design stage.

Examples of actions

Energy transition: supporting decarbonization

We develop low-carbon solutions (hydrogen, green ammonia, biogas, anaerobic digestion) and work to reduce the carbon footprint of our projects

Objective: 1 “green project”> €20M

  • Development of low-carbon solutions: hydrogen, green ammonia, biogas, anaerobic digestion
  • Carbon footprint reduction: low-carbon concrete, recycled steels, sustainable procurement, energy sobriety, photovoltaics
  • Optimisation of equipment consumption (green energy, biofuel, eco-driving, monitoring): −15% on the TAP project thanks to the In-Vehicle Monitoring System

Diversity, equality & inclusion: valuing every talent

As a subsidiary of VINCI Construction Grands Projets, Entrepose Contracting aligns with VINCI Group’s inclusion & diversity policy. We believe in equal opportunities and see diversity as a strength.

The VINCI Group aims to have 30% of its managers be women by 2030.

Drivers

  • Promoting technical trades to young women (Elles Bougent association)
  • Equal pay for equal responsibilities and skills
  • Fair access to training and career development (focus during people reviews)
  • Parental support measures (100% pay during maternity/adoption leave, second-parent leave)

Entrepose Contracting is a signatory of the Diversity Charter and the first construction/engineering company in the VINCI Group to sign the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEP) (UN Women / Global Compact).

Supported by the VINCI Group disability unit Trajeo’h, we implement awareness actions and support measures (ergonomics, occupational medicine, career transition support) and work with adapted companies.

We work with GEIQ BTP and local integration organisations to support people far from employment in their sustainable integration and to fight all forms of discrimination.

Ethics & compliance

Our ethics policy is based on exemplarity, integrity and transparency. All employees are trained in compliance, anti-corruption and data protection (GDPR) issues.
