The management of Entrepose Contracting operates within the governance structure of VINCI Construction Grands Projets, chaired by Stéphane Abry. Fully integrated into the operational scope of VINCI Construction Grands Projets, the company is led by Jacquelin de la Porte des Vaux, supported by a management team with complementary skills and two experienced subsidiary directors.
This management team supports engineers, project managers and technical experts, all trained to operate in the most demanding environments and to maintain the operational rigour that ensures, for every project, the fulfilment of our commitments to our clients.
Managing Director of Entrepose Contracting since 2021, Jacquelin de La Porte des Vaux oversees all the company’s operations and sets its strategic direction.
After holding project management roles for some fifteen years, first at Cegelec and then at Technip Energies, he joined the group, where he held several senior management positions, initially as Head of Sales before taking charge of Entrepose Contracting. He also serves as Chairman of Entrepose Industries. With his in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in complex energy projects, he embodies the culture of high standards and reliability that is characteristic of Entrepose Contracting.
As Director of Business Development for Entrepose Contracting within the VINCI Group, Patrick Genoud oversees the development of the company’s activities in the energy and infrastructure markets.
He has worked in the energy industry for over 30 years, holding various roles in engineering, project management and business development at companies such as BOUYGUES OFFSHORE, TECHNIGAZ, SAIPEM and BUREAU VERITAS, all of which are recognised in the field of energy project services. His expertise covers the development of complex EPC projects for production and processing facilities and storage terminals.
As Operations Director at VINCI Construction Grands Projets, Étienne Mear oversees complex infrastructure projects, particularly in LNG and cryogenic storage.
He served as project director for the joint venture between Entrepose Contracting and VINCI Construction Grands Projets on the Yamal LNG project in Russia, a major benchmark in LNG storage tanks. Drawing on this experience, he helps to manage other major projects for the group.
Reporting to the Human Resources department at VINCI Construction Grands Projets, Louis Boutitie provides day-to-day support to staff within a close-knit organisation backed by a major international group.
He oversees key HR processes — salary reviews, employee engagement, mobility and career path monitoring — working closely with managers and international projects. His approach emphasises dialogue, active listening and support to foster career development and the company’s people-centred culture.
As Project Finance and Administration Manager, Hervé Giaime oversees the company’s financial management and supports local teams on the company’s major projects (with particular responsibility for management control).
Based in Nanterre, he helps to ensure the Group’s commitments are met and that reporting is reliable for operations in France and internationally. His work guarantees rigorous control of economic issues in the interests of the company and its projects.
Pierre-Louis Tetrel provides legal support and manages contracts for international construction and infrastructure projects, supporting in particular the activities of Entrepose Contracting.
A member of the Paris Bar and a specialist in international business law, he practised at the law firm Bosco before joining the corporate world in the oil sector at a subsidiary of IFPEN. He supports the operational teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from contract negotiation during the tendering phase through to monitoring its execution until the end of the warranty period, including resolving any potential disputes between stakeholders.
Nguyên Trinh manages the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) process, working directly with teams, worksites and partners.
Her work is based on a hands-on approach, active listening and rigour, to embed a shared culture of prevention at all levels of the company. She works every day to ensure safe, sustainable and people-centred practices.
