Being QHSE Manager at Entrepose Contracting means combining human commitment, technical rigor and a collective vision.

Her daily routine consists of discussions with project teams, site visits, training sessions, incident analysis and action plan management. Nothing is routine: every meeting and feedback session reinforces the culture of prevention and stimulates innovation. When an incident occurs, she conducts a thorough investigation to identify the root causes and secure practices, because she is not looking for someone to blame, but for a lasting solution..

For Nguyen, the strength of the team makes all the difference. What motivates her is to see the teams become proactive and dare to talk about safety. She leads this QHSE approach with a strong conviction: ”Safety is not an obstacle to production. It is a prerequisite for success ».
