Expanding the Range of Possibilities
In the construction, energy, and industrial engineering sectors, there are many demanding professions that are often little known to younger generations. Project engineering, technical design, coordination, management, safety, construction, and commissioning: each project draws on complementary areas of expertise.
By welcoming these high school students, Entrepose Contracting wanted to show them that these careers are not limited to a single type of person. They are open to anyone who enjoys understanding, designing, organizing, solving problems, and helping to build useful infrastructure.
This immersion experience also highlighted the diversity of career paths available after studying science, technology, or engineering. Behind any industrial project lies a wide variety of roles: design engineers, project managers, process engineers, construction specialists, project procurement specialists, and quality, safety, or environmental experts. These are all professions that combine technical rigor, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to make a difference on concrete projects.
A discussion led by Gabriela Victoria Santa Cruz
The high school students were welcomed by Gabriela Victoria, Project Manager at Entrepose Contracting. Her story provided a concrete example of the role engineering plays in the success of industrial projects.
Drawing on her experience, she was able to share a realistic and accessible perspective on these professions: technical rigor, teamwork, coordination across disciplines, as well as the ability to make decisions and manage complex projects. Her career path provided the high school girls with a concrete example of a woman’s role in a technical and industrial environment.
This event served as a reminder of a key message: young women have a vital role to play in the construction, energy, and engineering industries. These sectors need diverse talent, different perspectives, and new generations ready to contribute to the infrastructure of tomorrow.
Sharing Knowledge to Foster Tomorrow’s Vocations
For Entrepose Contracting, introducing younger generations to its various trades is part of a commitment to passing on knowledge and fostering openness. These opportunities for dialogue help make career paths clearer, remove certain barriers, and enable students to envision their professional futures with greater confidence.
They also play an important role in promoting gender diversity in technical fields. By showcasing inspiring career paths and real-world experiences, Entrepose Contracting helps change perceptions of engineering, construction, and industry.
By creating a direct link between the business world and high school girls, Entrepose Contracting encourages more thoughtful, open-minded, and ambitious career choices.
Because discovering a profession can sometimes lead to finding a calling. And sharing your experience is already a way to help build the talent of tomorrow.

In June 2026, Entrepose Industries obtained its first ISO 14001 certification. This certification marks an important step in structuring its environmental approach and in the continuous improvement of its industrial practices.

Sébastien Vincens oversees a key area of Entrepose Contracting’s EPC projects: materials, welding processes, non-destructive testing, corrosion protection and quality supervision.
He is involved from the tender stage through to execution, supporting the engineering and procurement teams, Entrepose Industries and the construction site.
