Entrepose Contracting at Gastech 2026: EPC Expertise, LNG and CO₂ Terminals

27/08/2026

From 14 to 17 September 2026, Entrepose Contracting will take part in Gastech 2026 in Bangkok, one of the world’s leading events for the energy industry.

This new edition will provide an opportunity to meet clients, partners and project developers and discuss a key challenge: how to design and deliver complex, high-performance energy infrastructure adapted to the evolving energy mix.

A subsidiary of VINCI Construction Grands Projets, Entrepose Contracting draws on 90 years of EPC/EPCC expertise, more than 90 projects delivered and project experience across 29 countries.

Gastech 2026: at the heart of global energy challenges

Gastech is a major meeting point for stakeholders across the natural gas, LNG, hydrogen, CO₂ and emerging energy molecule value chains.
Entrepose Contracting’s presence in Bangkok is fully aligned with its ambition to build the infrastructure for today’s and tomorrow’s energy. The event will provide an opportunity to showcase the company’s long-standing expertise in cryogenic storage and gas terminals, while also highlighting the solutions being developed to support decarbonisation and new energy value chains.

Entrepose Contracting’s expertise today covers six key areas: LNG and gas terminals, LPG and high-pressure storage, hydrogen and ammonia, CO₂/CCUS, onshore Oil & Gas, and large-scale underground storage, the latter in partnership with Geostock.

From cryogenic tanks to complete energy terminals

Entrepose Contracting’s expertise goes far beyond tank construction.

The company has the capabilities required to deliver gas terminals as complete integrated facilities, coordinating within a single contractual scope the systems required to receive, store, process and dispatch energy products.

Its EPC/EPCC model covers the entire project lifecycle: preliminary studies, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), multidisciplinary detailed engineering, strategic procurement, coordinated construction, commissioning and start-up.

For LNG terminals, this expertise includes large-capacity full containment cryogenic tanks, integration with utilities and process networks, BOG – Boil-Off Gas – management systems, associated equipment, testing and commissioning.

This integrated approach reduces the number of interfaces, strengthens coordination between technical packages and helps maintain overall control of facility performance.

Long-standing expertise in cryogenic storage

Cryogenic storage is one of Entrepose Contracting’s core areas of expertise.

Its teams master the design and construction of full containment LNG tanks, typically comprising a 9% nickel steel inner tank and a prestressed concrete outer containment structure. This capability is built on decades of international experience and specific expertise in managing the constraints associated with extremely low temperatures.

Recent references include LNG Canada in Kitimat with a 225,000 m³ tank, Isle of Grain in the United Kingdom with a 190,000 m³ tank, and GATE T4 in Rotterdam with a 180,000 m³ tank.

These projects demonstrate Entrepose Contracting’s ability to deliver large-scale infrastructure in complex industrial and geographical environments.

From LNG to complete CO₂ terminals

Entrepose Contracting’s expertise in cryogenics and EPC project delivery also provides a strong foundation for supporting the development of new low-carbon energy value chains.

For CO₂ and CCUS projects, the company’s approach extends well beyond storage alone.

An efficient CO₂ terminal relies on a complete chain: collection from multiple industrial emitters, conditioning, purification, dehydration, compression, liquefaction, LCO₂ buffer storage and marine loading for shipment to a permanent storage site.

Depending on the project scope, Entrepose Contracting can manage all these stages and ensure the overall consistency and integration of the terminal.

This ability to integrate process systems, storage, utilities and transfer equipment is a key requirement for future CO₂ hubs, where performance depends directly on effective management of the interfaces between each stage of the chain.

Hydrogen, ammonia and emerging molecules

Entrepose Contracting is also applying its long-standing cryogenic expertise to the needs of hydrogen, ammonia and other low-carbon molecules.

Les températures et les pressions évoluent selon les produits, mais les exigences fondamentales restent comparables : maîtrise du confinement, comportement des matériaux, sécurité des procédés, qualité des soudures, essais et contrôle des interfaces.

Entrepose Industries: integrated manufacturing capabilities

Entrepose Contracting’s EPC expertise is reinforced by a major industrial asset: Entrepose Industries.

Its subsidiary in Dunkirk provides 20,000 m² of workshop space dedicated to heavy metal fabrication and the manufacture of complex equipment.

Manufacturing capabilities include spheres, bullets, pressure vessels, tank components, piping and steel structures.

This in-house capability creates a direct link between engineering, manufacturing and construction. It provides tangible benefits for projects: enhanced quality control, fewer interfaces, improved schedule reliability and manufacturing closely aligned with actual site requirements.

Entrepose Contracting therefore combines EPC/EPCC expertise, the ability to deliver complete terminals and integrated manufacturing capabilities, supported by the expertise and execution strength of VINCI Construction Grands Projets.

Let’s discuss your projects at Gastech 2026

Above all, Gastech 2026 will be an opportunity to meet and exchange with the organisations developing the next generation of energy infrastructure.

Whether you are developing an LNG terminal, expanding an existing facility, planning cryogenic storage, hydrogen or ammonia infrastructure, or developing a CO₂ collection hub and terminal, our teams will be in Bangkok to discuss your challenges and explore your project requirements.
