The company has the capabilities required to deliver gas terminals as complete integrated facilities, coordinating within a single contractual scope the systems required to receive, store, process and dispatch energy products.
Its EPC/EPCC model covers the entire project lifecycle: preliminary studies, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), multidisciplinary detailed engineering, strategic procurement, coordinated construction, commissioning and start-up.
For LNG terminals, this expertise includes large-capacity full containment cryogenic tanks, integration with utilities and process networks, BOG – Boil-Off Gas – management systems, associated equipment, testing and commissioning.
This integrated approach reduces the number of interfaces, strengthens coordination between technical packages and helps maintain overall control of facility performance.
Cryogenic storage is one of Entrepose Contracting’s core areas of expertise.
Its teams master the design and construction of full containment LNG tanks, typically comprising a 9% nickel steel inner tank and a prestressed concrete outer containment structure. This capability is built on decades of international experience and specific expertise in managing the constraints associated with extremely low temperatures.
Recent references include LNG Canada in Kitimat with a 225,000 m³ tank, Isle of Grain in the United Kingdom with a 190,000 m³ tank, and GATE T4 in Rotterdam with a 180,000 m³ tank.
These projects demonstrate Entrepose Contracting’s ability to deliver large-scale infrastructure in complex industrial and geographical environments.
Entrepose Contracting’s expertise in cryogenics and EPC project delivery also provides a strong foundation for supporting the development of new low-carbon energy value chains.
For CO₂ and CCUS projects, the company’s approach extends well beyond storage alone.
An efficient CO₂ terminal relies on a complete chain: collection from multiple industrial emitters, conditioning, purification, dehydration, compression, liquefaction, LCO₂ buffer storage and marine loading for shipment to a permanent storage site.
Depending on the project scope, Entrepose Contracting can manage all these stages and ensure the overall consistency and integration of the terminal.
This ability to integrate process systems, storage, utilities and transfer equipment is a key requirement for future CO₂ hubs, where performance depends directly on effective management of the interfaces between each stage of the chain.
Entrepose Contracting is also applying its long-standing cryogenic expertise to the needs of hydrogen, ammonia and other low-carbon molecules.
