Between meetings to prepare for annual collective bargaining negotiations, she conducts individual interviews, follows up with managers and prepares for the next works council meeting, where figures, projects and prospects are shared.
Beyond the indicators, Helena supports mobility between projects, secures expatriate packages and intervenes when relations between a manager and an employee become strained. She draws on the VINCI Group’s HR network and tools, as well as listening and prevention mechanisms, to provide the best possible support to the teams.
