Entrepose Industries, our manufacturing subsidiary in Dunkirk, shares the same technical reference systems as our engineering teams: same detailed drawings, same certification requirements – ASME VIII, EN 1090, ISO. This continuity between the design office and the workshop guarantees manufacturing fully aligned with project constraints, right from the first part produced.

With Entrepose Industries, our Dunkirk workshop(20,000 m²covered area), we manufacture in-house the critical equipment for your projects: tank shells, pressure vessels, spheres, skids, stainless steel piping. Fewer interfaces, controlled lead times, ASME VIII, EN1090 and ISO-certified quality.

Fabrication capabilities

  • Spheres up to 20,000 m³
  • Bullets up to around 75 metres

  • Offshore structures: caissons, piles, supports

Advanced processes

  • Automatic welding and heat treatment
  • Non-destructive testing (NDT)
  • Anti-corrosion treatment
  • Dishing: head forming using hydraulic presses (up to 2,000 t) for plates up to 100 mm (and more as required)
  • Rolling: shell course fabrication from 10 mm to more than 100 mm, up to 4 m wide and 12 m long

These capabilities provide high flexibility in manufacturing heads, shell courses, and heavy boilerwork elements for large tanks, spheres, and pressure vessels.
